SHIPPING & RETURNS
DELIVERY
Delivery is available Australia-wide.
Your item will be delivered by Australia Post Express Post and a tracking number will be provided by email when it is sent. It will be sent to arrive on or before your selected delivery date.
A signature is NOT required on delivery.
Orders placed prior to 1pm will be dispatched the same day, all order placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next business day.
The estimated standard delivery time for express post is 1-2 business days for metro locations. Please allow extra delivery time for rural/remote areas.
Please understand we are not in control of the post. We are allowing extra shipping time to minimize risk of late items.
We do not accept responsibility for postage of last minute hire orders (orders placed with selected start date the next business day) These orders will be shipped via express post on the day the order is placed but we cannot guarantee the arrival and will not refund on these orders. In these circumstances a credit note will be issued minus postage costs incurred to us.
RETURNS
Your package will come with a prepaid Express Post satchel for returning your items and needs to be returned via a YELLOW express post box or over the counter at your local Australia Post outlet.
Please ensure that you place your dress inside the self addressed envelope and return the envelope to an Yellow Express Post box or Australia Post Office by 4pm on the last day of your rental. The Style Squad will not take responsibility for lost articles mailed in Australia post boxes. If you lose your return packaging it is your responsibility to return the garment via traceable express post to The Style Squad or in person to an agreed address. You must provide tracking details to The Style Squad.
If you return your order via an Australia Post Office (highly recommended) it will be scanned over the counter as proof of lodgement. At this point the parcel will be deemed as returned and The Style Squad will accept responsibility for the parcel after the scan.
If you return your dress via an Australia Post Box and the dress is not scanned and is lost by Australia Post then you accept responsibility for this loss and will be required to pay the retail cost of the dress less the rental fee already paid.
Once delivery has been made to your nominated address you bear all responsibility for the garment.
Late fees apply if item is not returned by due date.
CLEANING
We take care of dry-cleaning. Please do not attempt to clean the garment yourself. Just pop back in the return satchel and we do the rest! We have a specialised team of cleaners who have experience with all fabrics and care of our items.
